Terms and Conditions

1. Only send in orders when you're sure that you will purchase it.
2. Upon confirmation of orders, please place 50% of your total bill as deposit.
3. A full payment will be expected before the end of the preorder. No full payment= No refund of deposit. Your orders will be pushed to the next preorder until you make FULL payment.
4. Your deposit will NOT be refunded if you decide to back out after confirmation/payment
5. No payment=No order rule applies to EVERYONE. 
6. Strictly no exchange or refund UNLESS there are no lens in the bottles even if you didn't open it, wrong color or wrong degree.
7. Please check your confirmation email thoroughly. We will not entertain excuses for refund such as "wrong model purchased", "wrong degree purchased", "my degree changed after I placed an order, can I have an/exchange/refund?"
8. Please get your eyes checked to see if you are suitable to wear contact lenses before purchasing.
